Methodology and data notes
This dashboard uses publicly available data from the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) Country Development Finance Data tool, filtered to Global Affairs Canada (CA-3) disbursements. Because IATI data is updated regularly, the figures represent a point-in-time snapshot based on the access date shown above. Values are presented in US dollars and may differ slightly because of rounding.
The dashboard does not represent all of Canada’s development finance. It excludes funding from institutions such as IDRC and FinDev Canada unless it is reported under GAC in IATI. Records without delivery-channel information are retained and labelled “Not reported.”
